Registration & Email Issues


1. I registered using the wrong email. Can I update it?

Yes. If you registered with the wrong email (for example when using Apple Pay or autofill), contact support and provide:

  • Your full name
  • The email used during registration
  • The correct email you want to use


Our team will update your registration and resend the workshop confirmation to the correct email.


2.  I didn’t receive my workshop confirmation email.

First check the following folders:

  • Spam
  • Promotions
  • Updates
  • Search your inbox for the workshop name or the event host.

3. The workshop link isn’t working.

Try the following:

  • Refresh the page
  • Copy and paste the link directly into your browser
  • Try opening the link in a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily

4. The workshop says the meeting hasn’t started yet.

Workshops often open a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

If you see this message, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page.


5. I can’t hear the workshop.

Check the following:

  • Ensure your device volume is turned on
  • Check your browser audio settings
  • Try reconnecting to the session
  • Try using headphones

6. My internet disconnected during the workshop.

If you get disconnected, simply rejoin using the same workshop link from your confirmation email.


7. Which browser works best for the workshop?

For the best experience we recommend:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari


Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
