1. I didn’t receive my login email. What should I do?

  • First check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.

If you still can’t find it:

  • Wait 5–10 minutes after purchase
  • Search your inbox for “Skool” or “Slack invite”
  • Contact support@shanehummus.com and include the email used for purchase
  • We’ll resend your access

2. Can I change the email connected to my account?

Yes. Send support:

  • Your current email
  • The new email you want to use
  • We’ll update it for you

3. The videos in Skool aren’t loading.

Common fixes:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions
