1. I didn’t receive my login email. What should I do?
- First check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.
If you still can’t find it:
- Wait 5–10 minutes after purchase
- Search your inbox for “Skool” or “Slack invite”
- Contact support@shanehummus.com and include the email used for purchase
- We’ll resend your access
2. Can I change the email connected to my account?
Yes. Send support:
- Your current email
- The new email you want to use
- We’ll update it for you
3. The videos in Skool aren’t loading.
Common fixes:
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions
