CGE Payment & Billing

1. When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.

If you are on a payment plan, future payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Any payment methods supported by our checkout provider.

3. Can I change the credit card used for my payment plan?

Yes. Contact support support@shanehummus.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email used during purchase
  • We will send a secure link where you can update your payment method.

4. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

  1. Our system will attempt to retry the charge automatically
  2. You will receive an email notification
  3. Please update your payment method as soon as possible

Failure to complete payment may result in temporary loss of program access.


6. Can I pay the remaining balance early?

Yes. If you'd like to pay off your remaining balance, contact your designated CSM via your 1:1 channel so they can generate a final payment link.
