CGE Payment & Billing
1. When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
If you are on a payment plan, future payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Any payment methods supported by our checkout provider.
3. Can I change the credit card used for my payment plan?
Yes. Contact support support@shanehummus.com and include:
- Your full name
- The email used during purchase
- We will send a secure link where you can update your payment method.
4. What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails:
- Our system will attempt to retry the charge automatically
- You will receive an email notification
- Please update your payment method as soon as possible
Failure to complete payment may result in temporary loss of program access.
6. Can I pay the remaining balance early?
Yes. If you'd like to pay off your remaining balance, contact your designated CSM via your 1:1 channel so they can generate a final payment link.
